Generational equity is a social welfare debate that was stemmed from a paper called The "Road to Generational Equity" that was drafted by Rep. Tim Penny (MN), Gov. Richard D. Lamm (CO), and Sen. Paul Tsongas (MA) has sparked the interest of think tanks and intellects alike. In the paper, it reveals the thinking that defines the future welfare of older generations as dependent upon the productivity of todays youth. It's an interesting concept.
